Relaxation is an act of the way of relaxing or state of being relaxed or a re-creative state, activity, pastime or diversion or it is the lengthening of inactive muscle fibers or muscles. Undeniably the condition everyone desires as the mirror image of stress and unwanted stressful situations. Wouldn't that be nice, being relaxed?
